    We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The selected candidate will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

    Duties and Responsibilities: 

    • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. 
    • Identify new potential external customers, and establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
    • Provide insight and guidance to Aircraft inventories and Aircraft platforms for purchase. 
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. 
    • Lead large accounts and manage existing customers. 
    • Promote sales to existing clientele. 
    • Identify and solicit new and existing clients. 
    • Provide quotations and conduct sales transactions in Quantum (internal program). 
    • Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support. 
    • Provide leadership to sales team members as required. 
    • Expediting sales orders, repair orders and cores. 
    • Responsible for monitoring Invoicing. 


    • Proven work experience as a sales representative. 
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office. 
    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. 
    • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. 
    • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. 
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. 
    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent.


    ▪ Must have minimum 5+ years of sales experience within the aviation industry.

    General Summary

    The Staff Accountant will be responsible for assisting in the annual financial statement audit, some tax functions, the monthly close process, and financial reporting. The Staff Accountant will also  assist the FP&A team with the budget and monthly variance process. The staff accountant will also be given a group of accounts to be responsible for (i.e. cash, ap, inventory fixed assets etc…).


    Essential Job Functions:

    • ·           Reconcile accounts
    • ·           Prepare journal entries
    • ·           Month end close process
    • ·            

    Knowledge Skills and Abilities

    ·           Solid understanding of the month end close process

    ·           Solid understanding of the reconciliation process

    ·           Solid understanding of ERP systems

    ·           Strong working knowledge of GAAP

    ·           Month end GL experience

    ·           Experience in payroll management a plus

    ·           Experience in accounts payable management a plus

    ·           Experience in parts and/or inventory management a plus

    ·           Strong analytical skills of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field

    ·           Strong Excel skills

    ·           Flexible work-position may require long hours and weekends

    ·           Able to work under pressure

    ·           Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship

    • ·           Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen, and FBI Fingerprint & Criminal History check


    Education and Experience

    • ·           Bachelor’s Degree required

    ·           A minimum of (2) two years accounting, budgeting  or financial experience required

    ·           Aviation or construction or similar experience preferred

    • ·           Sight: Must be able to see well enough to read reports
    • ·           Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with customers, vendors and team members.
    • ·           Standing/Walking: Must be able to move about department
    • ·           Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel to pick up paper products
    • ·           Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly
    • ·           Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to type and use technical sources
    • ·           Working Conditions: Normal working conditions absent extreme factors
